Ministry Experience:
Rev. Alex Carroll is a Church Central Certified Level 5 consultant. He has over 40 years of management and ministry experience involving Churches associated with:
- Progressive National Baptist Convention;
- National Baptist Convention of America;
- Fundamental Baptist Fellowship Association; and the
- National Baptist Convention USA
Serving as Assistant to the Pastor, Singles Ministry Pastor, Adult Church School Teacher, Director of Men's Ministry and Director of Tutoring, Rev. Carroll has developed a critical appreciation and burning passion for organizational effectiveness and spiritual maturity based upon his management and ministry experience.
Special Experience:
A Six Sigma specialist, Rev. Carroll is also Managing Owner of a Small Group/Team Improvement Consulting Group, which looks for ways to improve the interaction and learning of individuals in small Group Project settings.
