Mission Statement:
We are a consortium of seasoned Christian clergy and ministry leaders who assist churches and individuals in developing strong Christian ministers. Through consultations, training and development, and strategic partnerships using professional clergy and experienced ministry workers and associates, we help senior pastors in their desire and commitment to follow the call and face the challenges to develop their vision for a strong church. The Center for Faith-Based Advancement, LLC (CFBA), helps to build strong ministers, ministries, and ministry leaders. We create, market, and deliver products, information exchange, and resources that clarify the call, support the delivery, and provide a structural backbone to your ministry.

Bachelor of Arts in Sociology/Social Work, Howard University, Washington, DC
Ministry Experience:
Over thirty years of leadership responsibilities in the Christian church and in the secular world. My experience includes responsibilities as worship and arts ministry leader, Christian education worker, strategic planner, and minster of the Gospel. I have worked with all levels of church administrators, both lay and clergy, on visioning and developing strategic evangelism plans. I have facilitated churches and their ministries through a prayerful process from a state of despair to one of new energy and hope.

Other Experience:
Other significant leadership experiences include more than 20 years working in higher education as program director, in a broadcast corporation as human resources executive, and as executive director of an 11,000 member non-profit organization.
