and observation, Barbara Stechert (along

church) discover ways the church
can grow and flourish.Stechert Church Consulting is different. It
is not a "one size fits all" cure for what ails the church today.
Instead, Barbara Stechert, the company's founder, prefers to
discover, through in-depth observation and study, the purpose for
which each church is designed by its Creator. Through interviews,
surveys, demographic studies and workshops, Barbara will discern,
as would a doctor, what is making the church unhealthy.

Ministry Experience:
Barbara has been working in church settings
for decades. She is not a consultant turned "church consultant."
Barbara has been in leadership positions as an administrator,
capital campaign coordinator, director of development, chairperson
of evangelism, chairperson of property, vestry member, deacon and
teacher. In fact, with the exception of ordained ministry, there is
probably no area of church life that Barbara has not served either
as volunteer or staff member. She lives in and understands your
environment.
